Every human being wants to be happy in their life, but there are only few people who want to make others happy. From happiness we meant the temporary happiness which we get from sensual pleasures. Nobody is thinking about the happiness which is already in us.
The major difference between child and adult is that the adult is more sensitive and egoistic. Once we grown up, we are much concerned about the attitude of society on us. In order to make others happy we sacrifice our happiness. If we are taking the examples of great people like Mahatma Gandhi, Vivekanada, Abdul Kalam etc., we could see that they are not much concerned about what others are thinking about them.
In order to achieve certain goals in our life, we undergo lot of difficulties and stress. Finally, when we reach the goal we are often unable to enjoy the success due to the harm created by the stress to our physique. Unhappiness in life may lead to depression and depression is a cause of brain damages. One should understand how to be happy always. It is possible only through the realization that we are the only ones who determines our destiny. Meditation also will help to get the positive energy and happiness.

We are all so accustomed to tension that we cannot contemplate that peaceful existence is possible. We tend to go with the flow most of the time, as we believe that idealism and idealistic behavior is not practical.
One needs to ask oneself if one is happy with the way one leads life with reference to who, what, where and how we are spending our time. There is so much energy within all of us; it should not be wasted. We constantly live in fear of what people around us think of us. It is easy to fear. It is easy to fail; it is not so easy to win; to answer with you actions and not with your words.
Create your present carefully without cursing your past because your present will decide your future. Whatever you gave will come back. The law of nature is fair and just. Whoever breaks the cycle of negativity will gain. Harness your inner strength instead of suppressing it. Be yourself. Do not compete. There is a two-point formula one may adapt in life-whichever field you are in, be the best that you are and with whomever you are connected to, fetch a place in their heart. These two things would make you a winner as stated by Sister Madhuri.
From Worry to Wisdom

Stress is chronic and omnipresent and worry is the starting point of it all. Worry creates turbulence. Worry is a state of mind where a lot of mental energy is spent and wasted. We go into the future and worry about something that has not even happened. We are addicted to worrying. We send negative thoughts and negative things happen. What goes around, comes around. Living in the present is essential. If we live in the future we cannot clearly understand what is going on currently and resources get depleted. Worry is not required. At the same time apathy is not advocated. Being empathetic is important.
This is Kaliyug. Conditions are degenerative in this era. Negative energy is high in Kaliyug. Energy flows from high level to low level. So our positive energy levels need to be high. If you are feeling worried, pause, check, if it is just worry or reality, if it is reality, look at what next to do. Remember that all people who are successful have failed a number of times before they reached the pinnacle – Mohandas Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln and even Abdul Kalam. Law of nature is that you work and you will get result. When there is chaos inside you cannot see what is in front of you. Only when you are stable will you be able to see the solution.

Sister Madhuri stated that a peaceful mind is inevitable for a peaceful life. Emotions have an important role in bringing peace to our mind. We can consider emotion as 'energy in motion'. Emotion is not the natural state of mind; instead it is the result of attaching everything with our physique. Feelings and emotions are different, and emotions sometimes may affect us negatively. What is required to master over one's own emotion is to channelize the positive energy within us towards the positive thinking.
According to Sister Madhuri, emotions may always lead us to stress and energy loss. In order to come out of the negative impacts of this stress we need to create the feeling of empathy within us and to realize ourselves that it is our own moral responsibility to come out of stress. Nobody is devoid of mistakes, but to learn from mistakes is quite essential. As a technique we can analyze ourselves within an hour or within two hours for a week or so, to understand what makes us free of stress and tensions. One should not be so weak that others can disturb us, and should be so strong that we can be a tower of support for others.
